The Pink Panther is a park ranger in an unnamed wilderness park. His main task seems to be keeping the park free of litter. and, Big Nose Man and his dog visit the park on a camping trip and immediately begin to break the rules including unattended fires, chopping standing trees, fishing in lakes where this is prohibited, and tossing beer cans into the lake. The watchful Panther sees all and takes steps to minimize the damage while not confronting Big Nose directly. When Big Nose makes a mess of his camp site the Panther calls in a Bear to oversee a cleanup by Big Nose. There is a surreal ending.
