Beneath a crescent moon, Tom and Jerry are singing “Santa Lucia” (and Tom is trying to swallow the mouse) when a shabby red tabby appears. First mimicking Tom’s actions and then vying with him for the possession of Jerry, the “dupli-cat” makes trouble for Tom and Jerry, who manages to escape underwater, leaving his adversaries tied together. Bubbles emerging from the mouth of the singing “dupli-cat” spell out “The End.”
