A bunch of alley cats are betting beaten to a pulp, and it’s all at the hands of the super-strong Muscles Mouse. He also happens to be Jerry’s cousin, and gets a telegram from Jerry asking for help on dealing with Tom. Muscles heads off to Jerry’s and easily makes a good bodyguard for him. But Tom won’t give up easily, and makes multiple attempts to get rid of Muscles for good.
