Fred’s personality becomes that of a little child after getting hit on the head with a bowling ball. After looking for a doctor, Barney finds a mad scientist (and his associate, caricatures of “Dr. Ben Casey” and “Dr. Zorba”) that uses electric shock to swap personalities, involving Betty, Wilma, and even Dino.
