Fred makes arrangements for Pebbles’ first birthday and the Water Buffalo Lodge parties. Trouble ensues when the only caterer in town muddles the parties, including sending a children’s clown to the Water Buffalo Lodge and dancing girls to the babies’ party, and Fred gets blamed for it. Teaser is again a scene from the middle of the episode.
