The No-Faced Zombie Chase Case

While eating the other end of a foot-long sandwich sticking out of the window of a pizza parlor, Scooby-Doo witnesses the theft of the valuable “Golden Galleon” from a coin shop, and the gang becomes entangled in an attempt to capture the thief. The culprit is a no-face zombie who leads them to The Dilly-Dally Dolly Company, where some wild chases result, involving a mechanical forklift and a gorilla. Scooby falls into a toy duplicating machine and is copied a thousand times over. The captured zombie turns out to be a computerized robot and the gorilla is revealed to be Mr. Dilly, co-owner of the factory. He’d programmed the zombie robot to steal The Galleon because, in spite of the curse attached to it, there is a $1 million reward for its recovery, according to a magazine article which Shaggy and Scooby had followed up on. A very appreciative Mr. Dally invites Shaggy and Scooby for a snack in the employee cafeteria, but the 1,000 Scooby-Doo toy duplicates have devoured all the hamburgers!
