Guarding the site of a skyscraper under construction, rough and tough bulldog Marc Antony meets up with Pussyfoot, a little kitty. Pussyfoot charms the big dog. The dog affectionately gives him a sausage for lunch. A hungry, grown (and rough) cat sees the wiener and tries to take it from Pussyfoot. Of course, Marc Antony wants Pussyfoot and his food left alone. In defense of his kitten friend, Marc Antony fights the cat on the steel beams of the partly-constructed skeleton of a building.
