The second of three Bugs Vs. Cecil Turtle features. As it opens Bugs is watching a film of the first race. He gets so upset he kicks over the movie projector. Bugs vows to discover Cecil’s secret if it’s the last thing he ever does. Bugs goes to Cecil’s house in disguise to get some information. Bugs builds a tortoise like steel shell and the challenges Cecil to another race. Who will the second round?
